Stan Support
For installation, Safari activation, or comparison questions, email clement@stan-key.com.
Please include your device, operating-system version, Safari version, and the Steam page if relevant. Never send a password or payment information.
Start with Stan on Safari
- Install Stan from the official App Store listing.
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings > Apps > Safari > Extensions > Stan. On Mac, open Safari > Settings > Extensions.
- Open a supported Steam game page in Safari and allow Stan to access that site from Safari’s Extensions menu.
If the Stan module is not visible
- Wait for the Steam purchase block to finish loading. Stan observes the block when it becomes available, including after a page was opened from the Stan app.
- Check that Stan is enabled and has permission to access the current Steam site in Safari.
- If the page still has no module, reload it once or navigate away and back, then confirm that it is a supported Steam game page.
- A missing offer can be intentional: Stan hides the action when the game identity, edition, activation region, stock, final cost, or freshness is not sufficiently verified.
Privacy and safety
Stan does not ask for your Steam password or payment details. The Safari extension reads only the current Steam purchase block needed for a comparison and sends the request to the Stan API. See the privacy policy for the full explanation and use the email above for a privacy request.
